Macro/Super Hug/Stress Pac/Neck Hug 2½ to 3 minutes Medium

Please use caution when using a microwave oven and ensure
  • the correct time and heating level has been set; and
  • the bag is correctly positioned in the microwave so not to stop the movement of the turntable.
All microwaves have different settings and heating levels so remember you can add more heat to a bag in small 20 second increments but you cannot take heat away.

To Heat in a Conventional Oven
Place on a baking sheet in the centre of the oven and heat at 200˚ F (97˚C) for 5 to 7 minutes. Always make sure that the bag is far enough away from the electrical element in the oven.

To Cool and Use as a Cool Pack
Place bag in a Ziploc bag and store in your freezer. The bag will be ready to use after 4 hours.

Washing Instructions
All bags are fully machine washable. We suggest you put them in with other washing, such as bedding, on a cold wash and then straight into the dryer with the other washing on a cool heat. The bag may still be a little moist and can be air dried safely.

Caution
Never heat comfort bags in a greasy oven.
Comfort bags should neither be overheated beyond the limits recommended on this page, nor applied to areas of poor circulation or insensative skin without consulting a physician.
