Please use caution when using a microwave oven and ensure
- the correct time and heating level has been set; and
- the bag is correctly positioned in the microwave so not to stop the movement of the turntable.
To Heat in a Conventional Oven
Place on a baking sheet in the centre of the oven and heat at 200˚ F (97˚C) for 5 to 7 minutes. Always make sure that the bag is far enough away from the electrical element in the oven.
To Cool and Use as a Cool Pack
Place bag in a Ziploc bag and store in your freezer. The bag will be ready to use after 4 hours.
Washing Instructions
All bags are fully machine washable. We suggest you put them in with other washing, such as bedding, on a cold wash and then straight into the dryer with the other washing on a cool heat. The bag may still be a little moist and can be air dried safely.
